Allison is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and specializes in working with adults, children, & adolescents (ages 10+). She has advanced training in perinatal mental health, and the often difficult challenges of becoming & being a parent. Allison has worked in the field since 1993 and received her Masters of Social Work (MSW) from The University of Southern California in 2003.

Allison believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and meets her clients
where they are. She is nonjudgmental and respects the right to self-determination.

Allison started her career working in Chicago in a community mental health program providing individual and family therapy to individuals mandated to counseling. Over the course of her career, Allison has worked with children and families in the foster care system, within hospital settings focusing on managing chronic illness, adoption, high-risk pregnancy, neonatal intensive care, pediatrics, and psychiatry, and within community mental health agencies and private practice.

Allison has a strong belief in working from a systems perspective which not only involves looking at an individual’s experiences and family environment, but also the community, culture, and societal context in which an individual is living. In addition, Allison focuses on stages of development in the life cycle and looks at how that may or may not be impacting one’s emotional world.

Cisco Cole, MA, LMFT (He/Him, They/Them), received his master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. He offers individual, couples, and group therapy, and enjoys working with teens and adults.
