Group Counseling

PHA offers groups that will teach you coping skills to better manage your emotions, tolerate day-to-day stressors and life events, and better navigate relationships.

This skills group is especially helpful for people struggling with depression or anxiety symptoms and/or difficulty managing feelings of sadness, hopelessness, guilt, worry, fear, irritability, and anger. Worry may cloud your next steps, as you try again, or search for answers. It is not uncommon to feel defective, angry and jealous, or hopeless as people around you become pregnant, have babies and go on with their lives.
