Couples Counseling

Being happy and satisfied in a long-term relationship is one of the most difficult challenges we face in life.

The every day stressors of work, children, finances and/or unresolved past histories contribute to unhappiness in a relationship. We provide guidance and support through the rough times.

You may be tired of your partner’s criticizing or control, and feel hopeless about change. Gender, personality and cultural differences may create problems with communicating. When couples are thinking about breaking up, or have reached their limits with the way things are, it’s time to look for outside help.

Our therapists help you recognize the aspects of yourself and your partner that are sabotaging your relationship. You both learn how to communicate more effectively, and feel closer to one another. Our therapists help you recognize the aspects of yourself and your partner that are sabotaging your relationship.
